Citra hops are famous in the craft beer world for their intensely tropical, citrusy aromatic profile — mango, passionfruit, lychee, grapefruit. They are the defining flavour of the modern American IPA, and some of the world's most iconic craft beers are built on them. Fossa takes fresh Citra hops and blends them with a fruity, malty Tanzania 58% Dark Milk Chocolate — cacao chosen specifically for its natural compatibility with the hop's fruit-forward character.

The result is a chocolate that genuinely evokes a glass of cold, refreshing IPA. Aromatic on the nose, lightly bitter, with tropical fruit throughout.
