Himalayan Royale Tips Hongcha is one of Fossa Chocolate's most geographically remote ingredients — a rare hand-crafted red tea from one of Nepal's most celebrated gardens, translated into craft chocolate with exceptional care.

Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden — the Moon-lit Tea Garden — sits at 1,850 metres above sea level in the pristine Himalayan highlands of Nepal, and is one of the most recognised names in the country's tea industry. This specific lot was organically farmed and hand-processed in Autumn 2020 from tips — the youngest, most tender leaves — producing a tea of uncommon elegance: floral, with a warm base note of scented wood and a long, clean finish.

Fossa pairs this tea with Peruvian cacao from the Ucayali River region, chosen for its complementary mildness and aromatic quality. The chocolate carries the tea's character faithfully — a rare example of a bean-to-bar bar that truly lets a high-quality tea shine.
