The Pineapple Tart Meltaway is one of Fossa Chocolate's most technically accomplished limited releases — a filled chocolate bar that brings the beloved Singaporean festive snack to life in a richer, more layered format than the standard Pineapple Tart bar.

Encased in a Tanzanian Kokoa Kamili 54% dark milk chocolate shell, the filling combines caramelised white chocolate with chewy real pineapple and aromatic almond crumble — a trio of textures and flavours that evoke the original tart: buttery pastry, sweet-jammy pineapple filling, and a creamy richness that ties it all together. Created as a limited Chinese New Year release, this bar is made to be shared and savoured.

At 70g, it is larger than the standard bars in the range. Limited quantities — when it sells out, it won't return until the next festive season.
