The tea base is a blend of organic Darjeeling and Assam — chosen for their full-bodied, malty character that works as a natural complement to chocolate. Into this, Fossa blends a meticulously curated combination of seven spices: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove, anise, black pepper, and nutmeg. The cacao is sourced from the Semai Community in Malaysia, whose earthy, caramelised character anchors the spice blend beautifully.
