Traditional Nanyang kopi is made from Indonesian Robusta beans roasted with sugar and butter, producing a coffee that is intense, rich, and deeply aromatic — nothing like the clean acidity of specialty espresso. Fossa captures that character precisely, blending rough-ground Indonesian Robusta and Colombian Arabica coffee into a Single Estate Semai Community 60% Caramelised Dark Milk Chocolate base.
