Satay Sauce Milk is Fossa Chocolate's tribute to one of Singapore's most beloved street food experiences — the charcoal-grilled satay skewer and its essential accompaniment, the rich peanut dipping sauce.
Traditional satay sauce is built on ground peanuts and a complex blend of aromatics: cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, anise, fennel seeds, peppercorn. It is savoury, slightly sweet, warmly spiced, and completely addictive. Fossa captures this profile precisely — a peanut praline base carrying all the characteristic spice aromatics of the original sauce, blended with Kokoa Kamili cacao from Tanzania and regional ingredients sourced across Southeast Asia.
The result is a moreish milk chocolate bar that hits the same warm, familiar notes as the dish it references. An excellent introduction to Fossa's Asian-inspired range for anyone new to the brand.
