Three ingredients: cacao, cane sugar, and hand-harvested sea salt flakes. That's it. No emulsifiers, no vanilla, no additives. The sea salt does what salt always does in food — it cuts through the richness of the chocolate and amplifies the sweetness that was already there, making a 72% dark that is more approachable and more satisfying than most people expect a bar at this cacao percentage to be.

This is the bar to start with if you're new to Fossa's dark range, and the one to recommend to anyone who thinks dark chocolate is too bitter. Vegan, dairy-free, and made with the same bean-to-bar process as every other bar in the range.
