Full Bloom is one of the most visually beautiful bars in the Fossa Chocolate range — a small batch collaboration with Lim Joo Huat, a Singaporean third-generation fresh produce distributor with roots dating back to the 1960s.

A geranium-scented creamy dark milk chocolate made with fruity Filipino cacao forms the base, adorned with a bed of assorted real edible flowers sourced through Lim Joo Huat's direct relationships with farmers. The result is as much a visual experience as a flavour one — flowers pressed into the surface of the chocolate, each piece different, each one a reminder that the best craft chocolate is also a craft product in the most literal sense.

Geranium oil adds a subtle floral fragrance that complements the flowers' visual presence without overpowering the cacao beneath. A small batch release — made in limited quantities and not available from any other retailer in Australia.
