Yuzu Sea Salt Dark Milk
Built on a Tanzania 54% Dark Milk Chocolate base with a biscuity, creamy character, this bar is topped with chewy dehydrated yuzu peel and hand-scattered sea salt flakes. Yuzu is an intensely aromatic Japanese citrus — sharper and more complex than lemon, with a floral edge that lifts the chocolate without overpowering it. The sea salt brings everything into focus.
It's the kind of bar you eat slowly. Excellent with a cup of green tea, and equally at home as a refined after-dinner chocolate.
